Front desk responsibilities
In addition to the usual front desk operations, such as checking individuals in and out, our staff are expected to act as travel partners by guiding guests to tourist attractions and sightseeing spots while planning tailor-made trips. Use your international knowledge to awe our guests and exceed their expectations.

Of the staff working at MIMARU, 83% are foreign nationals who come from over 32 * countries and regions. Every one of our diverse staff brings their own unique background to the table, allowing us to provide one-of-a-kind services by making the most of their individuality.
